1. Information We Process

Epic Games Account and Achievement Data

The Epic Games Store version of the Game uses Epic Account Services and Epic Online Services to authenticate players and provide achievements.

Depending on the permissions enabled for the Game and its technical integration, we may process:

• Epic account identifiers and Epic Online Services product user identifiers;
• Basic profile information made available by Epic, such as display name, language preferences, and linked-account display names;
• Achievement status, unlock times, and gameplay statistics used to unlock achievements;
• Authentication tokens necessary to connect to Epic services.

We do not receive your Epic Games password or payment card details through this integration.

Local Game Data

The Game stores save files, preferences, and gameplay progress locally on your device. We do not automatically upload these local files to servers operated by us.

If Epic Games Store Cloud Saves are enabled for the Game, selected save files may also be uploaded to and synchronized through Epic’s cloud infrastructure.

Support Communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Authenticate you with Epic services;
• Associate achievements and relevant progress with your player account;
• Unlock, synchronize, and display achievements;
• Provide technical support and respond to requests;
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Game;
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use Epic account information for advertising or unrelated marketing.

3. Legal Bases

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the Game’s requested functionality, pursue legitimate interests such as security and support, comply with legal obligations, or obtain your consent where required.

Permission granted through Epic’s authorization process determines which Epic account information the Game may access.

4. Third-Party Services and Sharing

The Game uses services provided by Epic Games for account authentication and achievements. Information necessary for these features is exchanged with Epic.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, or protect the rights and security of players and our business.

5. Storage and Retention

We do not operate a separate player-account database or backend server for the Game.

Epic account information and authentication tokens may be processed on your device as necessary to use Epic services. Achievement records and related statistics are stored through Epic services and are subject to Epic’s applicable retention practices.

Local save files remain on your device until deleted by you or removed by your system. Uninstalling the Game may not remove every local save file.

We retain support communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request, handle related follow-up matters, and meet applicable legal obligations.

If Epic Games Store Cloud Saves are enabled for the Game, cloud save copies are stored through Epic Games Store services. Deleting local save files does not necessarily delete cloud copies. Epic’s handling of these copies is governed by its applicable terms and privacy policy.

6. International Processing

Epic and the providers used to handle support communications may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards must apply to these transfers. Further information about Epic’s processing is available in its privacy policy.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

You can manage or revoke the Game’s access to your Epic account through your Epic Games account settings. Revoking access may prevent account-dependent features, including achievements, from functioning.

Revoking access does not automatically delete previously recorded achievements or other information held by Epic. Requests concerning information controlled by Epic should be directed to Epic through its privacy support channels.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children’s Privacy

Age ratings for the Game may vary by country and storefront. These ratings describe the Game’s content and do not determine the age at which a person can independently consent to personal data processing.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we process to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
